The Festival of Media Asia Pacific Awards is the only awards dedicated to the evolution of media, celebrating the best in media thinking and communications across the APAC region.


SPECIAL AWARDS – Open for entries


Following the dominance of Asian campaigns at our Best of 2017 awards, where three out of five trophies went to the region, Festival of Media APAC Awards 2018 is launching four special awards to find the most impactful media idea in the four key regions across APAC.


Best Media Campaign of:

South East Asia – Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, Thailand, Myanmar, Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore and the Philippines
South Asia – Bangladesh, Bhutan, Maldives, Nepal, India, Pakistan, and Sri Lanka
East Asia – Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, Japan, Mongolia, North Korea and South Korea
Oceania – Australia, New Zealand and their pacific island neighbours


Written entry (approx. 800 words) in English for 4 sections: Insight, Strategy, Execution and Results.

Video submission for your entry to be provided at the same time. A permanent link to a 2-min video case must be included within the written entry.


Key dates:

  • Open for entries: 1 February 2018 – both written submission & video case to be submitted
  • Close for entries: 22 February 2018
  • Winners’ announcement: 15 March 2018
Other categories are now closed for entries - the shortlist will be announced on 1st February.
